Friday is the rest day. Well earned, after a brutal 13.4k trail race at the most challenging course we have, Baden Hills. Saturday is a 5,000m on a track and we finish with a half marathon on the paved trails around Grey Silo on Sunday. More to come.

It’s been a hot week but we’re all smiles as we’ve toured around Waterloo Region. Shade’s Mills on Tuesday and Grand River Trail (Economical) on Wednesday. Ryan and Cynthia have extended their leads each stage through four stages so far.

ENDURrun Sport is off to a great start for 2025. Day 1 was a 10k at the Walter Bean Trail (Musagetes). It was hot and got hotter, but 10k was a manageable distance for all runners. Leaders after Day 1:

Cynthia won this event in 2023. Ryan placed 2nd in ENDURrun Ultimate in 2022 but this his his first entry to Sport.

Monday evening is the second race, a 7.5k time trial, also along the Walter Bean Trail (Grand Trunk).

We announced in December a new schedule for ENDURrun including moving Ultimate to bi-annual, the next running being August 2026.
