Berry Kiwi Frozen Yogurt
Serves: 2
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 0 mins
Freezer time: 4+ hours
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixture of blueberries and diced strawberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. If you’d rather have a few berry chunks in your frozen yogurt, feel free to put about 1/4 cup of berries aside and mix them in with a spoon.
Pour the contents of the blender into a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Note: If freezing for longer, let the container sit on the counter for about 5 minutes before scooping so the frozen yogurt can thaw slightly.
