The race you know and love is getting a major boost in 2025 from a local institution. Run Waterloo and TMMC are teaming up in 2025 to bring you the best 5k.
Every fall since 1997, we’ve been pounding the pavement in search of a runner’s high like no other. This is a 5k for everyone: first-time runners, elites, walkers, families, clubs, corporate groups, and especially, you.
The first announcement we want to make: t-shirts are included with all 5k entries. Don’t want the shirt? Don’t worry, you can opt-out and save $10 off your entry. Dates and conditions outlined in Race Roster.
Hosted in the beautiful Riverside Park in Cambridge, Ontario, this race features an incredibly flat paved 5k in the Speed River valley. Check out the Strava route for more.
