On a sunny morning on the roads of Woolwich Township, the 2nd cone5togo 5k!
It was a brisk morning for a race, but all that remained after a late week snowstorm were dry roads and good spirits. We had just enough sunshine to feel great about a late winter 5k in the village of Conestogo, Ontario.
We had a number of runners doing their first race, first 5k, and/or first race of the year. There were also quite a few talented runners, including Jeremy Coughler, who defended his inaugural win with his 3rd time inside Run Waterloo’s all-time top 20 5k times.
