Run Waterloo is a community that is built by runners, for runners. Volunteers are an essential part of the equation, with hundreds of people putting in thousands of hours per year to make this possible. If you are reading this, we have a place for you!

Level 1: Helping Hands

Setup, water stations, registration, marshalling … there are a number of roles that are critical to making great events happen. Find events here and join our great crew! Very low commitment, as little as one hour, once.

Level 2: VolRUNteer

If you are already coming out, why not get rewarded for it? Register for VolRUNteer and each time you volunteer at a race you earn a race credit. One slot = a 50% credit for a standard RW race entry fee. These credits are transferable and stackable. Join the list on the webform below to get started.

Level 3: Race Crew

Run Waterloo has a dedicated crew of a few dozen elite volunteers who help organize events in more depth. Commitments and roles vary, but we are always recruiting new crew members who can attend at least 4 events per year and have an interest in advanced roles such as briefings, event planning, timing, coordinating volunteers, etc.
