Rain, shine, snow, ice… this January has made it particularly difficult to stay motivated when it comes to outdoor running. One day you’re are wearing shorts, the next you are battling cold winds… or if you are in New Hamburg an outdoor swim looks like it might be easier.
To help me stay on track, I’ve set daily, weekly and monthly goals. One of those goals is running a strong race in February. This has helped to keep me on track with my training despite the changing and challenging weather outside.
2020 #ReFridgee8er Contest
Post a picture (new or old) of you being active outdoors during this time of year in the facebook event. Two randomly drawn contestants as of January 21 at 9 p.m. will win a #ReFridgee8er entry ($50 value).
If you have already purchased an entry, you can gift it to a friend. Looking forward to seeing all of your pictures! Here’s mine:

This year, we will be launching facebook events for all races. Any time we have tried this in the past, we have seen the hard effectiveness of the tool. It allows great connections and interactions, facilitates questions and answers, and allows a superior degree of engagement. So we’re going all-in on the event platform in 2020. This is great for anyone who uses facebook and you will see them roll out all spring. Check out the first one:
