It’s been three years since we were last organizing an event in the Township of Wilmot, and were we glad to be back! Thank you to all the participants, volunteers, sponsors and spectators who make this possible.
To all those running in their first race (!), or their first race back since the hiatus (!), you rock! Wear that medal on Monday, you deserve it!

At this race, we gave out draw prizes from Runners’ Choice Waterloo and Saucony Canada, and also announced the winners of our Running with Nature photo contest. Congrats to Debbie Iwanyzki and Marjolein Wijbenga-Groot on your new season passes to the Grand River Conservation Area, and thanks to the Region of Waterloo for making that possible.
