It’s good 2 be Back in beautiful Baden on this rainy morning for the 11th Annual. Part open road and part covered trail, both sections flat and fast, it’s a loop so nice we ran it twice. Or three times, for the Back-2-Backers. However many loops you loped, it was a job well done and a race well run. 5k results here:

Weather wise, this spring has been off to a cooler start, but there’s nothing chilly about this year’s medal. The eye-catching design evokes a traditional May Queen, a figure who ushers in the reawakened warmth and fresh renewal of the spring season- and, she’s a sparkly suncatcher. Say less

We have one event left to round out the month of May- every dog will have it’s day at Tails on Trails on May 30 at Bechtel Park. Looking ahead, we have Brain Injury Awareness fundraiser Lakeside Laps coming up on June 6, followed by a little race, you may have heard of it, called the Waterloo 10 KM Classic, epically spanning the weekend of June 20 and 21.
