8 week half marathon training for beginners

Every summer, we release a training program based on a schedule from Runner’s World. It’s an 8 week program for beginner runners, running about 15k/week already. If that sounds like you, and you want to cross the half marathon off your bucket list this fall, then this is for you!

Download it for free, and stay on track to reach your goal on September 23! If you are looking for people to train with and motivate you, try a local group like Runners’ Choice or H+P.
