Announcing the Fall 5 KM Classic course [Video]

We are thrilled to launch the course for the 25th Fall 5 KM Classic this October.

We’ve got an illustrated map (below), an interactive map, and a course preview video (below), but first: a top 5 list!

Top “5” things you’re going to love about this course

  • Beautiful fall colours through Riverside Park
  • Completely closed to cars
  • The distance is certified with Athletics Canada (obviously!)
  • Flattest course possible. (Our altimeter picked up 10m of gain over the 5k)
  • 100% paved road race, with 93% actual road and 7% paved trail

Illustrated Map

Showing you the parking, washrooms, start area, direction of flow, etc.

Course Preview Video

We took a group of five to run the course and show you what to expect (but don’t count on the green trees!). If you’ve never been to Riverside Park, you’re in for a treat, but we advise you to also check out the many trails that the race is not using!

What’s not to like? See you on October 22!
