I hope everyone has a chance to spend some extra time with those you love. Whether that is family related to you by blood or ancestry, or your family brought together by love, compassion and support. The true meaning of family can be many things.
In celebration of family day, in partnership with Run Waterloo, I am giving away one TEAM ENTRY to the upcoming Laurier Loop race so you can run with your family – whatever that means to you – because running buddies are absolutely families!

One randomly drawn contestant will win a Laurier Loop TEAM entry (4 people x 2.5km) as of February 20 at 6 p.m. We will post a livestream in the facebook event that evening with the winners.
Note: if you don’t have a relay team, you can also choose to convert the free team entry into a single individual race entry. If you or members of your team have already signed up, they will be refunded.
I love the Laurier Loop. I’ve participated in the relay event for three years, and it’s fun every time. Join me on March 14!
