We are pleased to announce the next new addition to the Waterloo Running Series!
Starting in 2014, the WRS will add a race in Wilmot Township, incorporating the New Hamburg Classic Races into the Series.
We are very excited to bring such great traditions like the 34 years of history and the Neil Dunford Memorial 5km into the Series. We plan to revitalize some aspects of the event such as the name and route, but maintain the winning formula of the distinctive 7 mile distance and the beautiful Wilmot Recreation Complex.
The 2013 New Hamburg Classic Races are set to run on Saturday, May 11, with distances of 7 miles, 5km, 3km, 1km, and a 200m dash. You can find more information and sign up here. For more information, please contact Ted Seyler, Race Director, by email or call (519) 662-2131.
