Thanks for joining us at the fifth Runway race at the Region of Waterloo International Airport!
Each year, this race has grown and this year was no different! Hundreds of runners, walkers, families, and elite runners got a chance to fly along a two-mile stretch of flat tarmac during a summer sunset.

Team Hortian set the pace, with Adam setting a new record and record-holder Stephaney taking top spot. They defended their double-win from 2016. Chris Schmid set a new masters record.
Huge thanks to the Airport, WR React, Majorel, and all the volunteers who made this evening great. It was also great to see Wesley Korir out with the family and a big announcement!
