That doesn’t mean we can’t bring people together virtually and sweat out our summer 10ks anyway. That’s what this virtual race is for – a simple way to remember good times, live in the present, and hope for the best.
The 5k or 10k race is $10 and includes a virtual result.
We haven’t asked for much this past year, but we are now using this race as a fundraiser for our ongoing operational costs, and donations are accepted to Run Waterloo. We are a non-profit (not a charity) and any donations $15 and above will come with this first-of-a-kind glittery swiveler medal.
The race runs from now until August 22, and you can do your race any place and time that is convenient for you. Ontario (including Waterloo Region) is now in Step 3 of re-opening, and that means you have lots of options for ways to gather safely with friends, and we will leave that to you.

Where do we post results?
